In Gratitude
I don’t have to, I get to: A simple phrase that makes a big difference. When we can shift our perspective, we can shift our lives. We get to see, feel and experience things differently in everyday life. We can go from feeling burdened to feeling grateful which allows us to be more open and absorb the world in a new way. This concept of gratitude is an underlying value for how we operate our business at BPAR – from the way we interact as a team to the way we provide support.
At Boston Post Adoption Resources, we are so incredibly fortunate and grateful for the work that we get to do every day. We are honored to work with so many wonderful families and individuals, who share their vulnerabilities, joys and challenges with us. Our clients are truly amazing in how generous they are with sharing their voices and their stories. Without them we would never be where we are today.
We have been so lucky that our daily work at BPAR has started to connect to the wider adoption community. We have met so many individuals outside of the office who, when they hear about what we do, share their own story and immediately want to help our mission. We take care in fostering these relationships and are proud to share the stories of some of these amazing people – such as Jonathan Edwards and Lisa Greggo. Their graciousness allows us to help convey the work that we do at BPAR, which in turn will help us reach more families and individuals in need.

Most importantly, we are so grateful to YOU for reading this blog every week and helping us spread our mission! YOU are keeping us going! To our friends and families, thank you for believing in us! To our amazing staff – thank you for showing up every day as your best selves and for your dedication to our team.
If you would like to help support BPAR, please consider donating to us. As a non-profit we rely on donations from generous individuals like yourself to keep doing the work that is so important to the adoption community.
