Reiki for Self-Love

This free workshop will center the experiences of adoptees, however all connected to adoption are welcome.
This free, 75-minute virtual Reiki workshop will explore the transformative power of self-love for adoptees. Join fellow adoptee, group clinician and trained Reiki practitioner Seana Peterson for an evening devoted to expanding our capacity to appreciate ourselves. Attendees will receive a brief introduction to Reiki and a group Reiki healing experience. The workshop will also include guided meditation and journaling prompts to help participants cultivate a loving relationship to self.
