Reiki Workshop

Please join us for a free, one-time virtual Reiki workshop on Thursday, December 7th at 6 p.m. Eastern time.
This one-off, 75-minute workshop will provide a brief introduction to the practice of Reiki, how it can be a helpful self-care practice for adoptees (and those connected to adoption), and a guided Reiki circle experience. Open to all in BPAR community. If there is interest from the workshop, a future short-term group may be offered to go deeper.
