Here’s a schedule of therapeutic Post Adoption Support Groups and non-therapeutic workshops run by the clinicians at BPAR.

Embodiment Skills Group for Adult Adoptees
July 8 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
$35
Learn simple practices to feel grounded, safe and present in your body in a supportive group setting for adult adoptees. This group will explore a mixture of approaches including short meditations, breathwork, and somatic (body-based) techniques.
Group Cost: $35* per person, per session. We accept cash, check, and credit card. Payment is due at time of group.
