Post Adoption Wellness Workshop Series

The April 2022 workshop topic is Poetry and Written Expression. Each of us has a story to tell. This workshop will support you in finding and amplifying your inner voice through writing. Join us to explore creative methods of using language to better know and express yourself.
The BPAR monthly Wellness Workshop series focuses on improving skills for self-compassion and overall well-being is open to anyone 18+.
Each month will feature a different modality and leave you with a new tool to support your self-care practice. All sessions are virtual and attendees do not have to live in Massachusetts or be in the adoption constellation. Recordings and slides will be available to registrants after each session.
